It is with great pleasure that we invite all the Erasmus and International Students of Milan to participate to an amazing and unique event!
On thursday 12th of October there will be an incredible INTERNATIONAL FLAG PARADE!

For the opening of the event SWEP Milano 2017, the association Erasmus Student Network and the main milanese institutions have decided to close the streets of the city center and fill them up with the thousands of international students that are welcomed by the city every year.

The MEETING POINT is at 4.30pm at the entrance of Università Cattolica (Largo Agostino Gemelli 1, Milano). From there we will walk till Piazza Duomo!



It will be a great and colorful expression of joy and freedom, a moment during which we will pacifically “invade” the city center waving our flags and chanting all together. You will have the chance to see the world gathered in one city, to know foreign students from different countries marching in the streets of Milan, you will have the possibility to represent your own country and play your role in this incredible event. There will be music, colours, flags and, obviously, friends from all around the world. 
We will do this so as to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Erasmus project and to express the pride of being the so-called “Erasmus generation”.

So bring your country flags, paint your faces, join the Milan International Flag Parade parade, and “walk around the world” with us!

So, after the Welcome weeks in Milan, and after you discovered our beautiful city, it's time to travel and get to know our Italy…
A week-end in the breath-taking TUSCANY with ESN, during which we'll visit 5 amazing cities (Florence, Pisa, Siena, Lucca and San Gimignano), is coming! ;)

Here it is the programme:

Friday 28th of October
h 7:00: meeting point @ Lambrate (MM2 Green Line), piazza Monte Titano (at the back of Lambrate station; look for the ESN flag!) 
h 7:30: departure from Milan
h 15:00: arrival at SIENA, lunch (not included in the fee) and 
Walking city tour 
h 17:00: free time OR winehouse-tasting at Enoteca Italiana --> 3 red-wine-tasting and cured meats-cutting board every 6 people --> (OPTIONAL: 16€, you have to RESERVE AT OUR OFFICE)
h 19:00: departure from Siena
h 20:30/21:00 arrival at Florence and hostel check-in
h 21:00/21.30: dinner at the hostel with typical meals 
h 23:00: ESN Party at the hostel ;) 

Saturday 29th of October
Breakfast not included
h 09:00: departure from the hostel 
Walking city tour with 3 professional guides in Italian, English or Spanish!
Free lunch OR lunch at a restaurant (OPTIONAL: €25 and it includes pasta with typical ragù sauce, typical fiorentina steak and potatoes every 3 people, dessert, water and a bottle of wine every 2 people. (RESERVE A PLACE IN OUR OFFICE)
Free time in Florence OR optional visit to San Gimignano with the bus for €12 (RESERVE IT AT OUR OFFICE)
h 18:00 departure from San Gimignano and back to the hostel
h 21:00 dinner all together 
After dinner: party at "The Space", the most beautiful club in Florence!!! (entrance for 10€ with 1 drink + 1 shot included, before 1:00 am. It’s not possible to enter for free)

Sunday 30th of October

h 9:00: departure from Florence
h 11:30: arrival in PISA 
Free time
h 15:30: departure from Pisa
h 16:00/16:15: arrival in LUCCA
Visit of the city centre: free time OR bicycle riding (OPTIONAL for 4€)
h 18:30: departure to Milan
Before midnight: arrival in Milan

Are you tired of the same old parties? Do you already feel nostalgic if you think about the summer that has just ended? Do you want to experience the most beautiful party of the semester? But, more than anything, ARE YOU READY TO DIVE INTO THE FUN?

We have exactly what you need!
ESN SWIM BREAK! The Milanese Pool Party organized by ESN is here with a special edition in occasion of SWEP Milano 2017! A thousand international students, coming from many Italian ESN sections, and ESNers from different European countries will gather for what is going to be a unique and incredible night!

In the biggest Italian indoor water park you will be able to enjoy the over 1100m of waterslides, to relax while the stream of the main pool gently carries you or with the bobbles of the hydro-massage pools and, after all that, dance all night long at an unforgettable party…summer won’t look like so far after all!! The waterslides will be open till midnight, but the party will go on till 2am!
Two drinks are included and there are 4 private bars inside.

Transportation by private bus is included if you sign up at a Milanese ESN section! You will be picked up in Milan and taken back to the city center after the party!

ERASMUUUUUS, ready to begin a fantastic year with ESN!?!?!?!

So join us for one of the most beautiful and craziest event in Europe: 
THE OKTOBERFEST IN MUNICH!!!!!!!
- you will experience with us the unique atmosphere of the famous beer festival in Munich
- you will visit the city with the ESN Staff.
But, more important…
… you will make lots of new friends to make your stay in Milan the best and most amazing time of your life!!!!!!

The cost is 55 €, and includes transportation by private bus, tour and a fantastic gadget.

Departure will be Friday night, 22nd of September, arriving to Munich on Saturday morning. 
Departure from Munich will be in the night of Saturday, to arrive in Milan Sunday morning.

PROGRAM:

Friday 22/09: Departure from Milan at 10 PM (Meeting Point: Piazza Monte Titano, Lambrate MM2);
Saturday 23/09: In the morning we'll arrive in Munich and we'll organize the "Erasmus Headquarters" (HB Stand) where you will find all your Erasmus and ESNers friends during the day; in the afternoon you’ll have Free Time to visit Monaco by yourself and discover the craziness of Oktoberfest; Saturday night we'll go back to Milan by bus.
Sunday 24/09: Arrival in Milan in the morning.

Hey guys! :)

Do you think you are the coolest and most popular Erasmus student that Milan has ever seen? Have you ever dreamt about being prom king or queen ? Great! With our Erasmus PROM you have the opportunity to be declared Miss or Mister Erasmus 2017! 
Apply for the title of Miss/Mister Erasmus is very easy, you just have to : 
- write a post on the Erasmus Facebook group of your ESN section presenting yourself and explaining why you think to deserve the title.

Be creative: you post can include pictures, videos and everything you think is useful to be elected! Very important : to be valid, the post must contain the hashtag #erasmusprom2017 . 
- you can also nominate one of your friends, so even the shyest ones have no excuses to participate ;) 
- the two posts that will collect more likes will be declares Miss & Mister Erasmus of their section.

Those people will have the access to the finals where all the Misses and Misters Erasmus of Milan's ESN sections will compete in order to win the title of Miss&Mister Erasmus of Milan! :D
